केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के मुताबिक 4 April शाम 6 बजे तक भारत में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमितों की संख्या 3072 तक पहुंच गई वही मृतकों का आंकड़ा 75 पहुंच गया। जब की 212 ठीक हो गये है।
